Sew Stitchy may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

  

8. Returns / Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you can email Sew Stitchy and make arrangements to return them to us within 30 days of receipt. Discounted goods e.g. sale items or off cuts must be returned within 14 days from receipt of order. We will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with all of the original packaging. Please take time to read our Fabric Care page or any specific care instructions provided on the website. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is due to wear and tear or misuse.

We do not accept returns for fabric sold by half metre / metre i.e. cut to order fabric or for special order items (if an item is special order, it will be outlined on the product page). Refunds will be made through the same channels in which goods were paid through e.g. pay pall etc.

Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. The above does not affect your statutory rights. 

 

9. Special Orders

Orders where you have requested Sew Stitchy to source a specific item for you must be paid in full prior to Sew Stitchy placing an order. Where possible Sew Stitchy will forward you a picture or sample of the item you request.

10. Deliveries

There is a €6.00 postage & packaging fee for all orders. 

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. 

Orders will be dispatched via our chosen  courier company  or An Post. You will be issued with a tracking number and informed of the company who will be delivering your order. Should your order be dispatched via courier your contact number and address will be issued to the courier company to facilitate your delivery.

Special request orders, large quantities of fabric such as bolt or bulk orders may incur an additional postage fee. However we will discuss delivery with you whilst placing your order.

Special Request Orders delivery may take longer as the items need to be sourced and ordered by Sew Stitchy. We will give you an estimated delivery time and notify you as soon as your item has arrived.

11. Testimonials and Reviews

If you submit a testimonial or review to Sew Stitchy either via email, text message, our contact form or through our various social media, search engine or review pages (including but not limited to Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Adverts.ie and Yelp), then you agree that we may publish your testimonial or review together with your name and any logo you upload, on this website (and on any successor website that we may operate) and that the placement and position of such testimonials or reviews on such a page shall be at the sole discretion of Sew Stitchy. You further agree that we may edit the testimonial or review and publish edited or partial versions of the testimonial or review. However, we agree that we will never edit a testimonial or review in such a way as to create a misleading impression of your views. You may terminate this licence by sending an email to Edel@SewStitchy.com giving us 30 days notice of termination.

12. Promotions

Coupons / sales campaigns exclude gift cards and shipping. Where a code is provided only one code per customer can be redeemed unless otherwise stated. Discounts will only be applied via website transactions.

 

13. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Sew Stitchy's web site shall be governed by the laws of Ireland without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
